How do I book a session?
Click the contact button on our website to fill out an inquiry form. We will follow up within 48 hours.

What types of sessions do you offer?
We offer a variety of packages relating to personal and family shoots. We also cater to small businesses and corporate clients.

What equipment do you use?
We utilize a variety of Sony Mirrorless Cameras including the A7IV, A6300 and A6000 models, along with a variety of lenses.

Payment methods:
Currently we accept cash or etransfer.

Booking
There will be a 30% deposit required upon booking to reserve your date and time. Please note this deposit is non-refundable.

Travel
We service the Toronto.Durham/Peel/York regions with additional travel fees for the surrounding GTHA.

How are my pictures delivered?
Digital copies of photos will be sent through an online file sharing service and you will have 60 days to access and download. You can also forward the link to any additional recipients you would like to share with.

When will we receive our Images?
The turnaround time for your images will be 7-14 days depending on the photoshoot type.
A 2 day rush in turnaround for photos are available at an additional cost.

What kinds of retouching do you do?
The retouched pictures you will receive with your package are all specially edited for light exposure, colour correction and contrast.

What if our photoshoot runs longer then expected?
We understand things may get in the way during your photoshoot. A 15 minute courtesy will be extended. Anything beyond that will be charged at $50/30 minute increments.

Late
There are no fees for being late, however you do forfeit the time you have booked. For example if you have a 60 minute session booked and are 15 minutes late, your photoshoot time now becomes 45 minutes. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly to arrive on time.
Should you run late, please contact us to let us know. If we are late we will contact you and your shoot time will run as planned.

Cancellation
Please note that deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations.
If you are no show to your photoshoot without calling us to let us know, you will forfeit the deposit and another booking fee will be required should you choose to book with us again.

Are you the copyright holder to the photos you hand off to me?
Yes, as the creator of these images, I am the copyright owner. You have the permission to print or share your images to your hearts content. We know that the most common way people like to share their images are online. We just ask, should you choose to share your photos online that you tag or credit our socials :)
As the copyright owner, under the Canadian copyright law it is illegal to use these images for profit.

Do you provide posing instructions and outfit suggestions?
Yes! Should you choose to, I can work with you to create a Pinterest board where we can both share ideas for outfits and posing. This will help to create the style and story behind your shoot.
Clothing rental options are available in select sizes. Please inquire for more details.

Rescheduling / Bad Weather?
We understand that things come up, and should you need a reschedule, we will require a minimum of 72 hours notice. In terms of bad weather for outdoor shoots, it will be best to reschedule unless the weather suites the style of photoshoot you are looking for. We will monitor the weather the week of and alert you should a rain plan or backup date be required. Please note: If it is extreme weather conditions we will reschedule the photoshoot.

Do you watermark your images?
No I do not, therefore you have the liberty of printing your photos at any photo lab of your choosing.

Will my photos be apart of your website?
Yes, images may or may not be used on our website or social channels for promotional purposes. Clients can request their images not be posted and we will accommodate.

Do you have back ups?
In case there is an equipment failure, I have access to shoot with 3 cameras, each with its own memory card. In addition to the photos stored on the memory cards, images are copied onto a laptop throughout the day (for long shoots) and also stored onto an external hard drive at the end of the day.
All original files will be store for 90 days before being deleted.

Do you include Raw unedited files?
Raw files are not included due to size but are available for an additional cost.
